Worcester Bosch definitely!! Comparing Worcester Bosch with Vaillant would be like comparing Audi with Kia.
Worcester provide excellent customer service and after care. They have 300 engineers nationwide to help you out.
Worcester Bosch have been proven to be the best and most reliable boiler, just ask any installer.
I am biased but I would choose Worcester Bosch, an accredited installer will get you a 5 years guarantee, and 10 years on the heat cell (heat exchanger), Vaillant had recalls last year on the turbomax and also the Glow worm (which Vaillant own), both problems were down to Pc boards, which incidentally Vaillant have always had too many of, some of the older Vaillant have 5 pc boards, all expensive. Worcester are made in Warnden, Worcester and have the German Bosch influence (BBT nanotechnology is the name of the company) and they have recently acquired Buderus (massive in Europe). Either way, make sure you get a dual temperature control, hot water temp control is not available on all models, but is crucial for a fully efficient system.
Not much in it, some Installers like Vaillant as they are easy to work on, others prefer Worcester a bit lighter to hang on the wall. End of the day both are top class boilers, personally I would go for the Vaillant, long lasting, a bit cheaper and excellent back up from manufacturer.
