What size condensing boiler do I need?

condensing

I am currently having an extension done on a mid-terraced property that has 4 bedrooms inc loft, 2 bathrooms, 2 receptions. The additional space created will add 35 sq.m out the back. We will have water-fed underfloor heating in this extention. We currently have a mega-flo and would like this to be fed via a gas boiler. We currently have 10 radiators. I also need to know if anyone has any great boiler brand recommendations. Thanks

Take all the measurements and details of your house to Plumb Center and they will work out the size in Kwatts your boiler to be. They will need details of, windows, room dimensions and which way the rooms are facing.
A Worcester Bosch is the best boiler on the market at the present.

Since condensing boilers are the most efficient design yet and as the previous answer has given an excellent tip on having it calculated I would go with their advice but for rough costing purposes you could price up a 80,000 btu boiler.

When I had our loft converted I phoned up the boiler manufacturer ( Volcara) and told them the number of radiators and bathrooms.
They were very helpful and recommended the correct size of boiler. I am happy with the Volcara but agree with the other answer that Worcestershire-Bosh make good boilers.
