This will all then be linked up to your existing radiators. If you're radiators are old then it would be more efficient to have them replaced as well. The cold water tank in the loft and the hot water storage tank will be ripped out and the plumber will take it down to the scrappy for £50.00. so make sure he does not charge you to dispose of it, if he does say that you will do it. Ideally the condensing boiler will be on an outside wall for the flue and the overflow pipe. We had an original quote for £1500 but because of it's position the flue had to go through the roof which costs more as it's not standard. We did have quotes for up to £3000 though so it's worth shopping around.
