the exact model is potterton promax combi 28 he plus is it better to get an electric or mixer shower would a combi boiler shower be better?

The outside unit that is. It has iced up on inside of the outer vents on all sides, except above the fan. The weather has been around the mid 40s to the mid 30s. Is this a problem? Can this be easily fixed?

SEDBUK publish a table of the efficiencies for domestic units – is there an equivalent resource giving referenceable values for commercial units?

replace boiler, take old tank system out of airing cupboard.and replace 9 sets of valves on radiators,power flush system, including vat?
